Description
Most AI labs do one of two things: publish papers, or ship products. We do both, out of Brussels, and each one makes the other sharper. Ingram Technologies has been a research lab that ships to production since 2021.
Products & Services
For clients, we work the full lifecycle:
– AI Deployment: agents, LLM workflows, and custom models taken from validated prototype to a system that holds up under real traffic. Every engagement is informed by our own research, not a vendor tutorial.
– AI-Accelerated Penetration Testing: expert-led security audits with AI-augmented tooling, delivering real, exploitable findings in five working days instead of a 40-page PDF of theoretical risk.
– ISO 42001 & EU AI Act Consulting: expert guidance to stand up an AI management system and reach certification, with compliance engineered into the architecture from the first commit.
– AI Strategy & Governance: roadmaps, architecture, and team augmentation for companies that need to move fast without buying expensive structural mistakes.
Beyond our services, we build and run our own products, which is the most honest test of our research.
Look for Ingram Cloud: the European cloud for stateful AI agents. Persistent memory across sessions, real introspection into how an agent reasons, full observability of every decision, and MCP integrations, with EU data residency and a model-agnostic, API-first design. Innovative Aspects & Advantages
What makes Ingram different is that the people who publish the research are the people who carry the pager. Most integrators wire together other vendors’ tools and hope; we ship from primary sources. When we tell a client not to build something a certain way, that’s a finding, not a hunch. We’ve usually already met that failure in the lab.
Our EU base is a working advantage rather than a footnote: fluency in the EU AI Act and ISO 42001 by default makes us one of the few deployment partners genuinely equipped for regulated industries. Anyone can call an API. Far fewer can tell you why the model behaves the way it does, where it breaks under pressure, and what the regulator will expect of it.
