The Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, the annual highlight for the mobile tech industry, is back!
During 4 days, telecommunication leading figures from all over the world will be attending Mobile World Congress to shape the future of their sector.
In 2022, the MWC welcomed 88,500 visitors and 2,400 exhibitors from over 202 countries.

In 2023, above 700companies located in 47 different countries participated in B2B meetings. Attending SMEs will be given the chance to meet « innovation hunters » of corporate groups (e.g.: last year, those corporate groups were Sony, Ikea, Nestlé, Samsung, Alstom, HP, IBM, Renault, etc…).

Participation fee
When attending in-person, as part of our collective stand:
500 VAT for starters (registered for less than 4 years at the ECB) and VSEs (less than 10 FTEs, turnover less than €2,000,000)
900€ VAT for SMEs (between 11 and 50 FTE, turnover between 2.000.001€ and 50.000.000€)
1900€ VAT included for others (more than 50 FTE, turnover higher than 50.000.000€)
Including the following services:
- a piece of fitted out furniture, an Internet and electricity connection in the Belgian stand
- entry tickets and and exhibitor pass
- exposure on MWC website and catalogue
- a personal commercial support offered on demand by our representative in Barcelona Carmen Coca
- a logistic support provided at any time for the entire duration of the trade fair
- Special provisions
Hotel and airline reservations (as well as related expenses) are your responsiblity.
