Practical information
GITEX GLOBAL is a platform with different tech events (Future Blockchain Summit, Fintech Surge, XVERSE, future Urbanism…) dedicated to technology companies and organizations looking to showcase their products and services, as well as industry professionals and experts looking for new trends, innovations and business partnerships.
The event covers a wide range of technology areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, telecommunications, mobile applications, virtual reality, cloud computing and IoT.
Fees
The registration fee is:
€2,200 excl. VAT for large companies (>250 people)
€1,100 excl. VAT for SMEs
€550 excl. VAT for start-ups (under four years old)
These fees cover:
A 6 m² stand or a desk on a shared space (depending on the number of registered participants) basic furniture, a space for a sign presenting your company, an internet connection and catering.
We provide a communal reception area and an online brochure listing the Belgian exhibitors at GITEX, free of charge. We are also searching for an advantageous solution for the group transport of promotional and exhibition material.
Expenses not covered:
Shipping of promotional material;
Orders for additional furniture (those not included in the offer of the stand constructor selected to build the Belgian pavilion);
Travel (air and local transport), accommodation and living expenses;
The compulsory presence of a delegate from each participating company during the entire show.
AED 2,755 (+/- € 701) for mandatory exhibitor insurance and marketing costs (Marketing Power Pack; Lead generation & tracking ; Exhibitor Insurance required by DWTC (event’s organisers))
Note: each additional m² (optional and depending on availability) will be charged €700.

Additional information
As part of your participation at GITEX, you can apply for an ATA carnet to temporarily export your goods.
