Slush 2026

Interested? Don’t wait to register fast, as spots are very limited this year! . Companies participating in the fair will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Be headquartered in the Brussels-Capital Region;
• Operate in the technology sector;
• Demonstrate strong international ambitions ;
• You are already past the pre-seed stage;
• You are ready to pitch your project (you will have the opportunity to take part in the Slush 100 Pitching competition);
• Cover their own travel and accommodation costs;
• brussels reserves the right to evaluate and select applicants based on eligibility and relevance.

2026 Participation Fees

In order to offer Brussels-based companies the opportunity to shine at Slush, we’ve designed the following participation packages tailored to everyone’s needs:

Start-up – €400 (excl. VAT)

• 1 Start-up Pass valid for the entire event
• No booth presence
• 1 invitation to the Welcome Networking Drink and 1 invitation to the Belgian Beer Night

Scale-up – €800 (excl. VAT)

• 1 Start-up Pass valid for the entire event
• Booth presence included
• 1 invitation to the Welcome Networking Drink and 1 invitation to the Belgian Beer Night

Grown-up – €1,200 (excl. VAT)

• 2 Start-up Passes valid for the entire event
• Booth presence included
• 2 invitations to the Welcome Networking Drink and 2 invitation to the Belgian Beer Night

Accommodation Option

We have negotiated a limited number of 15 rooms at Scandic Grand Central at a preferential rate of €240/night for our participating companies. You may book 1, 2, or 3 nights for the following dates:

• 17 November
• 18 November
• 19 November

Please note that spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any cancellation made after 31 August will be subject to a charge of the requested night(s).
