The Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, the annual highlight for the mobile tech industry, is back! Take advantage of the visibility of the Belgian pavilion to showcase your tech products or services to other international industry players. Join us in Barcelona from 3 to 6 March 2025.

For four days, leading figures in telecommunications from all over the world will attend Mobile World Congress to shape the future of their sector. In 2024, the MWC welcomed around 101,000 visitors and more than 2,700 exhibitors from over 202 countries. Join our collective stand and enjoy a prominent booth location!

Alongside the trade fair, we will offer you the following services:

a personal space to meet your potential clients in our 180m² collective stand
a personal coaching by our experts is available on demand
a Brokerage Event organized by Entreprise Europe Brussels, the highlight of the event being B2B meetings offering you the opportunity to meet potential new business and technology partners from all over the world.

In 2024, 1,000 companies from 50 different countries participated in B2B meetings. Attending SMEs will be given the chance to meet « innovation hunters » of corporate groups (e.g.: last year, those corporate groups were Sony, Ikea, Nestlé, Samsung, Alstom, HP, IBM, Renault, etc…).

4YFN: An event all about tech startups

Young tech start-ups looking for investors are invited to register to the sister event 4 Years From Now , which will take place at the same place and time! hub.brussels will be there with a startup corner for 8 Brussels start-ups… Discover the opportunities offered by this event below!

Participation fee

When attending in-person, as part of the hub.brussels collective stand:

€600 excl. VAT for starters (registered for less than 4 years at the ECB) and VSEs (less than 10 FTEs, turnover less than €2,000,000)
€1,200 excl. VAT for SMEs (between 11 and 250 FTE, turnover between 2.000.001€ and 50.000.000€)
€2,400 excl. VAT included for others (more than 250 FTE, turnover higher than 50.000.000€)

Including the following services:

a piece of fitted out furniture, an Internet and electricity connection in the Belgian stand
entry tickets and and exhibitor pass
exposure on MWC website and catalogue
a personal commercial support offered on demand by our representative in Barcelona, Carmen Coca
a logistic support provided at any time for the entire duration of the trade fair

Special provisions

Hotel and airline reservations (as well as related expenses) are your responsiblity. Please, let the team know your flight schedule and your hotel name once booked.
Please arrive the day before the start of the event at 2 PM to set up your stand and check everything.
Space is limited, we are thus applying the « first in, first served » principle. Places will be assigned according to the order of registration.

The MWC exhibition will take place at the Gran Via halls of Fira Barcelona in Spain.
