Practical info

Price

The registration fee via hub.brussels is:

  • €300 for start-ups (registered with the CBE for under four years)
  • €600 for SMEs
  • €1,200 for large companies (>250 people)

These fees cover:

  • a 6 m² individual stand or a desk on a shared space (depending on the number of participants)
  • basic furniture, a space for a sign/screen presenting your company

We provide a communal reception area and an online brochure listing the Belgian exhibitors at GITEX. We are also searching for an advantageous solution for the group transport of promotional and exhibition material.

Expenses not covered:

  • Shipping of promotional material;
  • Orders for additional furniture (anything not included in the offer from the stand constructor selected to build the Belgian pavilion);
  • Travel (air and local), accommodation and catering expenses for at least one delegate per participating company for the duration of the show (five days);
  • AED 2,950 (+/- €740) for mandatory exhibitor insurance and marketing costs (Marketing Power Pack; Lead generation & Tracking ; Exhibitor Insurance required by DWTC (the event organisers)).
