In direct partnership with the prestigious MWC Barcelona, 4YFN supports startups in their growth journey by providing access to a dynamic ecosystem packed with opportunities: connections with leading investors, networking with industry leaders, and outstanding visibility on the international stage.
Organised alongside the prestigious Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, 4YFN (4 Years From Now) is the leading international event for tech startups and innovation. Each year, it brings together more than 100,000 participants, including investors, decision-makers, incubators, corporations and innovators from around the world.
At the heart of this high-value ecosystem, a collective stand will showcase 10 Brussels-based startups, offering them a unique opportunity to present their expertise, develop international partnerships, connect with investors and gain exceptional visibility on the global tech stage.
Through this collective presence, Brussels highlights its entrepreneurial dynamism and ambition to promote its talent internationally. 4YFN celebrates those who dare, experiment and push the boundaries of innovation, harnessing it as a driver of growth, impact and transformation.
Selection criteria
Companies participating in the trade fair will be selected based on the following criteria:
hub.brussels reserves the right to assess and select applicants based on their eligibility and relevance.
Participation fees 2027
To give Brussels-based companies the opportunity to showcase their expertise at 4YFN, we have designed the following participation packages to suit different needs:
1 Visitor Pass – €500 (excl. VAT)
1 Startup Pass granting access to 4YFN throughout the event and to MWC from Wednesday onwards;
No booth included on the stand.
1 Exhibitor Pass – €750 (excl. VAT)
1 Startup Pass granting access to both 4YFN and MWC throughout the event;
1 booth on the collective stand for the full duration of the event;
1 invitation to the Belgian Beer Time event at the Belgian Pavilion during MWC;
Opportunity to be featured in the event’s digital brochure.
1 Exhibitor Pass + 2nd Visitor Pass – €1,000 (excl. VAT)
2 Startup Passes granting access to both 4YFN and MWC throughout the event;
1 booth on the collective stand for the full duration of the event;
2 invitations to the Belgian Beer Time event at the Belgian Pavilion during MWC;
Opportunity to be featured in the event’s digital brochure.
Any request for an additional 4YFN pass for a company exhibiting on the stand will be charged €250 excl. VAT.
