For the past three years, Eachstapp has been growing as a tech agency, striving to stand out through its unique way of working. Specializing in web and mobile development, founded by Sushil Ghambir and Yunus Ozturk, the team supports its clients from start to finish with a focus on quality, active listening, and co-construction.
Every project is seen as an active collaboration with the client. “We don’t just develop what we’re asked for. We challenge the idea, analyze it, structure it. Then we move on to design, development, and continue to support after the launch.” This philosophy stems from their previous professional experiences: “We both worked in consulting firms. We saw what didn’t work: mismatched profiles, delays, mediocre deliverables… We thought we could try a different approach.” This led to the birth of Eachstapp: a human-sized, highly technical, yet agile team. “We’re ready to throw things away when necessary. It’s better to start over with solid foundations than to persist in the wrong direction.”
Eachstapp works with both young companies and large public institutions. “We love this mix. Working with an SME, a startup, or an institution is never the same. And that’s enriching.” Every client has its specificities and key points of focus. This diversity pushes the agency to stay at the cutting edge. “We always try to remain curious, to keep up with the latest developments.”
Among the standout collaborations, Sushil mentions a project with Belgian mediation services: “They were using a tool from the 90s. We proposed rebuilding everything from scratch.” The result? A modern complaint management platform now used by seven services, with more integrations underway. At the same time, Eachstapp is also working with major groups such as ING, as well as innovative start-ups such as YouTopia Sports – backed by investors including several Diables Rouges -, MeetUs, a dating app developed in partnership with French influencers Rayan and Alix (Rayalix on social networks), and dynamic SMEs such as MagicBetting, WeWantYou Agency, FF Construct, and many others.
Like many companies, Eachstapp has gone through slower periods, with fewer customers and falling revenues. “We’ve been through some tough times, but we’ve never given up. Resilience is what makes the difference, as is the ability to keep your goals in mind,” confides Sushil.
Looking back, he wouldn’t change a thing about their journey. “Everything we’ve learned, everything we’ve become, is the result of the decisions we’ve made, the good ones and the not-so-good ones.”
“When you’re passionate, you want to build beautiful things, but you also have to keep the business alive.”
Based in Brussels, a human-scale capital, Eachstapp fully benefits from the energy of a thriving tech ecosystem. Between support initiatives like hub.brussels and numerous networking events, the city offers young companies a dynamic environment for growth. But this vibrancy also has its limits. “Brussels is both a big city and a small ecosystem. You quickly end up seeing the same actors again,” Sushil notes.
The advice he would give to a young entrepreneur. “Believe 200% in what you do. When you truly believe, you find the means to succeed.” And if he could have dinner with anyone? After thinking for a few minutes, Sushil concludes: “I’d like to have dinner with my future self in ten years. Just to see what’s ahead … and learn from him.”
