A diagnostic of EU funding capacities designed and implemented by NCP advisers
All IN includes a diagnostic of EU funding possibilities, conducted with dedicated NCP. The diagnostic facilitates discussions around R&D capacities, funding needs awareness, identification of specific opportunities etc… The tool has been designed in close cooperation with NCP Brussels and the follow-up on this type of opportunities is taken care of by NCP Brussels.
Out of 50 beneficiaries, 22 received EU funding including 13 SME Instrument / EIC Accelerator !
The Power of Personalised Workshops
One of the key components of our support services is our personalised workshops. These workshops, typically lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, provide SMEs with insights and guidance on addressing specific challenges they may face. Whether it’s understanding the sources of funding available for growth or developing strategies for international expansion, our workshops are designed to help SMEs to find concrete solutions.
Delivering a concrete action plan
Following the workshop, our team conducts a thorough analysis of the SME’s strengths and areas for improvement. We then collaborate with the SME to develop a customised action plan tailored to their unique needs and goals. This collaborative approach ensures that the SME is actively involved in the process and has a clear roadmap for implementing the identified improvements.
